Tiffany has been supporting the mental health and wellbeing of children and families as a Social Worker since 2011. Living in Geelong, on Wadawurrung Country, she brings warmth, curiosity, inspiration from nature, and deep compassion to her work with children aged 2–12 years and their families. Tiffany lives with her husband, their two children, and dog, Sunny. As a family, they love beach days, outdoor adventures, and spending time in nature, experiences that continue to inspire Tiffany’s playful, creative approach to life and therapy.

She specialises in supporting children experiencing a wide range of social, emotional, and developmental challenges. These include difficulties with emotional regulation, anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, behavioural issues, family transitions, social connection, and developmental concerns. Her approach is neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and grounded in both attachment theory and developmental principles. Tiffany’s practice is centred around play, creativity, and connection. She uses developmentally appropriate, play-based and expressive modalities to help children explore their inner world, build self-awareness, and increase their capacity to recognise, express, and process feelings. Tiffany’s Play Therapy sessions are designed to help children feel safe, seen, and supported, while also engaging their natural capacity for play and self-expression.

Collaboration with parents and caregivers is an integral part of Tiffany’s approach. She recognises the important role families play in a child’s therapeutic journey and works in partnership with them to support connection and align strategies in ways that suit each family’s unique needs and context. She understands that each family’s situation is different and adapts her approach to best meet the needs, goals, and values of those she works with.

With over a decade of experience across family services, early childhood intervention, schools, and private practice, Tiffany draws on a rich foundation of clinical knowledge and skills. She integrates modalities such as play therapy, attachment-focused therapy, AutPlay®, Theraplay®, and other creative and expressive techniques into her therapeutic approach. Tiffany is known for her welcoming and responsive presence, and her ability to form genuine, trusting relationships with the children and families she supports. She is dedicated to continuous professional development and reflective practice to ensure her work remains evidence-based, ethically grounded, and deeply attuned to each child’s experience.

Tiffany offers a Medicare rebate as an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker.
